1)退换货资格及时限 (Eligibility & Timeframes)

未拆封商品 – 28天内无理由退货： 如果您因改变主意等原因希望退货，只要商品未拆封且保持收到时的原始状态和包装完好，您可在购买后28天内申请退货，无需提供任何理由。本店将在核实商品完好未拆封后按照您的要求提供全额退款或换货服务。

Unopened Products – 28-Day Return (No Questions Asked): If you change your mind or wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 28 days of purchase provided the product is unopened, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact. No return justification is required. Once we verify the item is unopened and in original condition, we will issue a full refund or process an exchange per your request.

有质量问题的商品 – 7天内退货或换货： 如果您收到的商品存在质量问题或缺陷（例如产品损坏、变质、过期，或收到的并非您订购的商品），即使已经拆封，您也可以在收到商品后7天内申请退货或换货。请第一时间检查商品质量，如发现上述问题请尽快联系我们。对于此类经确认的质量问题商品，本店将根据您的选择提供退款或换货。质量问题包括但不限于：包装破损、漏液或袋胀，产品严重变质发霉，以及商品与描述不符等情况。

Products with Quality Issues – Return or Exchange within 7 Days: If the product you received has a quality issue or defect (for example, the product is damaged, spoiled, expired, or you received the wrong item), you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receipt even if the item has been opened. Please inspect your items as soon as you receive them, and contact us promptly if you discover any such issues. For products confirmed to have quality problems, we will provide a refund or exchange according to your choice. Quality issues include, but are not limited to: broken or leaking packaging, swollen bags, significant spoilage or mold, or the product being not as described.
