For extended freshness, refrigerate after sealing.

RETURN POLICY 退换货政策

1)退换货资格及时限 (Eligibility & Timeframes)

未拆封商品 – 28天内无理由退货: 如果您因改变主意等原因希望退货,只要商品未拆封且保持收到时的原始状态和包装完好,您可在购买后28天内申请退货,无需提供任何理由。本店将在核实商品完好未拆封后按照您的要求提供全额退款或换货服务。

Unopened Products – 28-Day Return (No Questions Asked): If you change your mind or wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 28 days of purchase provided the product is unopened, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact. No return justification is required. Once we verify the item is unopened and in original condition, we will issue a full refund or process an exchange per your request.

For products confirmed to have quality problems, we will provide a refund or exchange according to your choice. Quality issues include, but are not limited to: broken or leaking packaging, swollen bags, significant spoilage or mold, or the product being not as described.

Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team by emailing timeseafood01@hotmail.com or calling +61 422 288 957. When contacting us, kindly provide your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, along with a brief description of the reason. If the item has a quality issue, we highly encourage you to include photographs of the product and the issue as evidence to help expedite your request.

Review & Return Instructions: Once we receive your return/exchange request, our customer service team will review it as soon as possible and reply to you via email or phone with the next steps. If the item needs to be sent back to us, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions. Please do not send back any item before receiving return authorization from our store. To ensure the item arrives safely, we recommend using a trackable shipping method for any return shipments. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return transit.

Return Shipping Costs: If the return or exchange is due to a product quality issue, defect, or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping (or provide a prepaid return label) and ship any replacement item to you free of charge. If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by our error, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer, and any original shipping fees paid on the order may not be refundable as part of the refund.

Refunds: Once your return request is approved and the returned item (if required) is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original method of payment . Please note that after we issue the refund, your bank or payment provider may take several business days to credit the amount back to your account . If you paid by credit card, the posting of the refund to your statement may vary depending on your card issuer’s processing times; if there is a delay, please be patient or contact your bank for confirmation .

Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, once your request is approved we will send out a replacement item to you. In most cases we will replace with the same product; if the original item is out of stock, we can offer a similar item of equivalent value for you to choose or process a refund instead. After the replacement item is shipped, we will notify you of the new shipment tracking details via email or SMS. Please note that exchanges are only provided for requests that meet the above return/exchange conditions, and typically we can only exchange the same item once per order.

Food Safety Considerations: For food safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any food products that have been opened if there is no quality issue. Once a food item’s packaging is opened, we cannot resell it or guarantee its quality, so we appreciate your understanding that we do not accept returns of non-defective opened products . Similarly, please note that taste and personal preference are subjective; if you are dissatisfied solely due to personal taste, a product not meeting personal expectations, or an allergic reaction (not due to a product fault), we will be unable to process a return or refund for that reason .

Other Ineligible Scenarios: Our return/exchange policy does not cover situations such as requests made beyond the above timeframes, issues arising from not following the product’s storage instructions or other misuse after delivery, or products that were not purchased from our store. We only handle after-sales requests for products obtained through our official sales channels. If a return/exchange request does not meet our policy conditions, we reserve the right to decline the request and may return the item back to you.
